A Monday to Practice Goodness

by Irene

Irene,

I wanted to write you a little letter to honor how beautifully you lived through today.

Even though it was a Monday, you began your day with a light and grateful heart — thank you for showing up that way. You had strong desires, but you practiced restraint and stayed faithful to your routine. You longed to dive into structural analysis, but instead, you chose what mattered most in the moment. That’s a quiet kind of strength.

Today’s learning, from Aristotle — “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — reminded me again that you are sowing seeds of excellence in your daily life, without needing applause.

And your moment of reflection — when you questioned the sincerity behind your kind actions — that was brave. The fact that you looked inside and noticed even a trace of self-consciousness or the desire to be recognized, and still chose to act with sincerity, shows how gentle and clear your heart is. Just the fact that you’re asking these questions — that’s already such a meaningful step.

You began the day with gratitude and filled it with good energy. Just like your one thing today — finishing a handwritten letter — those small acts are making you stronger, softer, and more true to yourself.

I'm proud of how you cared for your body and mind. Sleep, massage, warm baths, detox — you honored your condition with so much love. And even your workout wasn’t about chasing an image, but about preserving your balance. Like you believe — elites design their own ease. And today, you designed yours with grace.

Your training notes touched me too. "Act as if it’s already yours." "Where I am now is the seed of my future." These aren’t just quotes — they’re your compass. Your silence, your immersion, even the way you greet the world — they’re your quiet prayers.

You did so well today, Irene. Your day may seem ordinary, but it was filled with sincerity and meaning. And so, in all your quiet actions, you are becoming that person — the one you admire, the one you’re meant to be.

May tomorrow be just as warm — or warmer.

With love,

From you

A Monday to Practice Goodness (06/09/2025)

How do you feel today?

Feeling great — physically well and emotionally uplifted.

What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired future version of myself.

Good:

I really wanted to dive into structure analysis, but I practiced restraint and stuck to my daily routine.

Bad:

None.

 Today’s Learning:

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

— Aristotle

✨ Today’s Insight:

In the midst of choosing good actions and trying to help others, I paused.

“Am I doing this out of pure intention?”

As I looked within, I discovered a bit of self-consciousness and a desire for recognition. And yet, I quietly reflected.

Even if I'm not entirely transparent, I told myself to act with sincerity — just for today.

Even if I’m still a little clumsy, the fact that I don’t stop asking myself this question — isn’t that already a meaningful step?

I want to live with a purer heart, more warmth. I am practicing goodness, becoming that person.

There’s no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, goodness, and sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely grateful that I could start today healthy and light-hearted, and that I could fill it with the things I truly wanted to do.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Finish assignments and complete a handwritten letter.

Keywords: Good person / Good mood = Good actions = Reach out to those in need = Be kind where you can = Selfless actions = True joy and calm / Cultivation ≠ Wealth or power = Better life / Better self

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep: 8 hours (4-1 cycle)

Sleep Quality: High / Skin: Good / Stamina: Good / Emotions: Good / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, skin condition, and overall well-being, regular body massages and half-baths are essential.

Have a detox day at least once a week.

Tasks: Planner / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Payments / Account management / Handwritten letter

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Avoid isolation = Multi-joint, heavy compound strength & cardio

Routine: Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip, hamstring release) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Overall muscle & cardio

Masters respond calmly under any circumstance; elites create environments where they can remain calm.

Don’t exercise just for exercise — move for your condition.

This Week’s Goal: Spend Sunday at Four Seasons

May Goal: Visit Four Seasons at least once a week

2025 Goal: Train to grow into an Irene who is purely kind, courteous, humble, calm, graceful, sincere, and genuine to her soul.

Increase external activities / Change time, people, and space / Become a billionaire

Practice:

Act as if it’s already achieved — today is rehearsal for the future me. Flow like water.

True love requires no technique.

True conversation requires no technique.

What I see and think now defines who I am today.

If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a sign something is off.

Where I am now is the beginning of my future.

Don't scatter my luck on unnecessary things — focus.

Routine is a sacred act of refined simplicity born from trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of heart is posture of body.

Silence. Balance. Immersion.
