A Thursday of Realizing the Meaning of Solitude (06/12/2025)


How do you feel today? Stable and peaceful. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, practicing to become the admirable future me.


Good: I finished my final exam and gave my last project presentation very well yesterday. I also completed a silent training at school, wrapping things up in the best way. I didn’t let my emotions control me and managed to express them with purity.

Bad: None.


� Today’s Learning:

✨ Today’s Realization:

The Roman philosopher Seneca emphasized 'inner peace' in Stoic philosophy. He said that in order to live without being swayed by the passions and changes of the external world, one must cultivate harmony and self-control within. In other words, to maintain stability in relationships, one must first establish a solid relationship with oneself.


When we love, we often immerse ourselves in the other person. We mistake passion for depth and come to accept losing ourselves as natural. But such love can lead to emotional turmoil, leaving both parties exhausted.


I, too, was once like that. When I fell in love, I tried to align all my time, mind, and emotional rhythm with the other person, believing that to be proof of sincerity. But in losing my center, love only became more anxious, and relationships more unclear.


Lately, I’ve come to realize that truly deep love is only possible after I’ve had enough honest conversations with myself.


Each morning, I meet myself through quiet routines. In the silence of solitude, I sort through my thoughts and emotions, grounding myself for the day. The more I repeat this, the less I am swayed by emotions, and the more warmth and stability I feel in love.


I learned today that love can be deeper when there is calmness, rather than emotional peaks.


There is no force stronger than purity in this world.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and sincere.

A master stays composed no matter the situation; an elite creates an environment that allows composure.

Exercise not just for fitness, but to maintain optimal condition.
