Irene,
How was your day today? On this quiet Tuesday, you’ve taken another gentle step in learning what true peace really means. It wasn’t a day filled with dazzling achievements, but in that stillness, I could see just how strong and serene you’ve become.
You finished your finals calmly, wrote a heartfelt letter by hand, and spent the day practicing being the future version of yourself you admire. That alone is such beautiful progress. I’m so proud of you.
As Epictetus said, we find freedom when we let go of what we can’t control and focus only on what we can. You used to chase results and hurry through life, feeling anxious if outcomes didn’t appear right away. But not anymore. Now you’re learning to stay beside the flow, steady and still. In the ease of “whether it works out or not, I’ll be okay,” you’ve begun to bloom with trust — and that’s what makes you even more beautiful.
Your condition today? Wonderful. Deep sleep, exercise, radiant skin — the way you take such tender care of yourself is already an act of love. Your rituals — body massages, detox baths, even just stillness — are not luxuries; they are your foundations of peace and presence. It’s beautiful to see you honoring them.
Even your gaze during workouts — the way you try to stay fully focused — shows just how much you care. That kind of attention is love. That kind of dedication is your real training. No loneliness, no fear, can persist for long in the face of that quiet strength.
Your vow to stay pure — to not utter even the smallest lie — is deeply moving. That sincerity, that refusal to compromise your truth, is the quiet power that will carry you through any path. You’ll arrive, always, in the way that feels most truly like *you*.
Thank you for today. For walking once more like a quiet river, flowing deeper into peace. I love you.
Let’s keep going, just like this — slowly, gently, toward something deeper.
Always on your side,
From Irene
A Tuesday of Learning True Stillness (06/10/2025)
How are you feeling today? Peaceful. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice being the future version of myself I admire.
Good: Overall, it was a productive and efficient day. I wrapped up my finals well, wrote a heartfelt letter by hand, and spent the day meaningfully. I'm doing really well.
Bad: None.
 Today's Learning:
"True peace is not about controlling the flow, but quietly staying beside it."
✨ Today's Insight:
Epictetus once said,
“You become free when you are not disturbed by what you cannot control, and focus only on what you can.”
I used to believe that I could only feel calm when results came quickly — that if they didn’t, the path was wrong. I obsessed over speed and outcomes, trapping myself in anxiety and impatience. But now, things have changed. Even when results are delayed, nothing shakes me. In this spaciousness and calm of "it’s okay if it happens, it’s okay if it doesn’t," I am finally learning what real peace feels like.
It is strength born from surrender — not weakness.
It is trust rooted in belief — not resignation.
And it is a sense of safety that comes not from the outside, but from within.
I haven’t fully arrived yet, but I know I’m on the path. Today, I take another step toward deeper stillness.
There is no greater strength in this world than purity.
Never lie — not even the smallest lie.
Always live with purity, goodness, and sincerity.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I can begin my day healthy and refreshed, free from worries, and spend it doing what I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: I feel the need to improve my focus and gaze control during workouts. Today, I’ll try training while maintaining complete eye control.
Keywords:
The best car = one that eases worry, not just impresses on sight.
The best clothes = what I feel most comfortable and efficient in, no matter what others say.
The best home = one that feels like home itself.
Loneliness, headaches, status anxiety, and spending money without purpose = wastes of life.
Condition & Physical Management:

Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute/hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulder, triceps, biceps) → Full body compound movements
A true master handles any situation with calm.
An elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Don’t exercise for exercise’s sake — move for your condition.
