제3기 한마음협의회, 첫 정례회의 개최
마스턴투자운용 본사 대회의실에서 ‘한마음협의회’ 정례회의가 열렸습니다.
‘한마음협의회’는 마스턴의 공식 노사협의체로, 노사 간의 소통과 협력을 위한 창구 역할을 하고 있습니다.
이번 회의는 새롭게 선출된 제3기 근로자위원들의 첫 공식 활동으로, 보다 의미 있는 시작이 되었습니다.
이날 회의에는 남궁훈 대표이사를 비롯한 사용자위원들과 근로자위원들이 참석해, 하반기 협의회 운영 방향을 비롯해 직원 복지 제도, 조직문화 개선 방안 등 다양한 주제를 두고 심도 있는 논의를 이어갔습니다.

제3기 근로자위원들은 지난 6월 전사 온라인 투표를 통해 선출된 이들로, 각 부서를 대표해 조직 내 다양한 목소리를 균형감 있게 전달할 역할을 맡게 됩니다. 마스턴 내부를 누구보다 잘 아는 사람들이기에, 그들의 의견은 더욱 깊이 있고 현실적일 것입니다.
마스턴투자운용은 정기적인 한마음협의회를 통해 주요 경영 현안을 투명하게 공유하고, 직원들의 ‘알 권리’를 존중하며, 노사가 함께 윈윈할 수 있는 소통 문화를 지속적으로 키워나가고자 합니다.
남궁훈 대표이사는 이날 회의를 마무리하며 "제3기 근로자위원들이 회사를 잘 이해하고 있는 구성원들인 만큼 앞으로 더 적극적인 의견 개진과 참여를 기대한다"고 전했습니다. 그리고 "오늘의 논의가 수평적이고 창의적인 조직문화로 이어질 수 있도록 회사 차원에서도 다양한 노력을 기울이겠다"고 밝혔습니다.
Mastern Investment Management Hosts “One Heart Council” Meeting to Foster Open Dialogue
Mastern Investment Management recently held its regular “One Heart Council” meeting at its Seoul headquarters. The “One Heart Council” is Mastern’s official labor-management council, created to promote transparent communication and mutual understanding across the company.
At the meeting, CEO Hoon Namkoong and council members representing both labor and management came together to discuss key topics, including plans for the second half of the year, employee welfare programs, and initiatives to enhance organizational culture. Both sides agreed to continue building a collaborative and respectful workplace based on open communication and shared values.
This meeting also marked the official debut of the 3rd-term employee representatives, elected last month through a company-wide online vote. Representing diverse departments, they are expected to bring balanced perspectives and amplify voices across the organization.
By regularly operating the One Heart Council, Mastern aims to strengthen a “win-win” communication culture, ensuring that important management matters are shared transparently and constructively.
