장점부터 말하자면, 이제는 ChatGPT, Canva, Midjourney 같은 유용한 웹사이트를 통해 다양한 자료에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다
In the past, we had to search on our own, and it took a long time to find the right person to do exactly what we wanted
예전에는 우리가 직접 찾아야 했고, 원하는 작업을 정확히 해줄 적임자를 찾는 데 오랜 시간이 걸렸다
It was also expensive to do that
그리고 그런 일을 맡기는 데 비용도 많이 들었다
But now, for example, if you want to create a website for your business, you can do it easily using website-building tools
하지만 요즘은 예를 들어 사업용 웹사이트를 만들고 싶다면 웹사이트 제작 도구를 사용해 쉽게 만들 수 있다
They are very intuitive and easy to use
이 도구들은 매우 직관적이고 사용하기 쉽다
As long as you pay a small, reasonable fee, you’re ready to start your business

So the fixed idea of a traditional working style has been changing

I think this is a good phenomenon because, in companies, people tend to work passively, whereas running their own business makes them feel responsible, leading to a more active attitude
이는 긍정적인 현상이라고 생각한다. 회사에서는 사람들이 대체로 수동적으로 일하지만, 자신만의 사업을 운영할 때는 책임감을 느끼며 훨씬 적극적인 태도를 보이게 된다
But I do recognize that there are some disadvantages

Since most procedures are becoming automated, there are fewer chances to interact with other people
대부분의 업무가 자동화되면서 사람들과 소통할 기회가 줄어들고 있다
As I mentioned, many people now work alone and, at the same time, lose the chance to receive help from coworkers
앞서 말했듯, 많은 사람들이 혼자 일하게 되면서 동료에게 도움을 받을 기회도 함께 줄어들고 있다
Also, the sense of connection that comes from working with others becomes harder to find as time goes by
또한, 사람들과 함께 일하면서 느끼는 유대감도 시간이 지날수록 점점 찾기 어려워지고 있다
I think this is a sad story
이런 현상은 안타깝다고 생각한다
To sum up, it is ironic that we want both to work alone and to be with others at the same time
결국 우리는 혼자 일하면서도 동시에 다른 사람들과 함께 있기를 바라는 아이러니한 마음을 가지고 있는 셈이다
Nonetheless, I believe that there are more pros than cons—at least from a work-efficiency point of view
