정기신력: 노력과 의식의 시너지 효과
천지간의 모든 일은 노력한 만큼 이루어진다.
이 말은 진리다.
노력한 만큼 이루어지지 않는 일은 없다.
그렇게 노력하기 위해서는 에너지가 필요하다.
이루어 낼 수 있다는 긍정적 에너지는 무한한 힘을 키워다 준다.
그 에너지의 근원은 의식이다.
내가 가고자 하는 방향을 정확히 짚어줘야 한다.
그래서 정, 기, 신의 조화로운 균형이 필요하다.
노력으로는 안 되는 시대에 접어들었다.
그래서 사람들은 노오오오오력을 해야 한다고 한다.
하지만 우리가 노오오오력을 안 하고 살았던 적이 있는가?
노력에 바로 이 '에너지' 주파수를 맞추어 흐름을 타야 한다.
그러한 시너지를 알아차리는 것이 우리의 의식이다.
정(노력)+기(에너지)+신(의식) 무엇 하나 빠질 수 없다.
사람들은 정신력을 강요하지만
정기신력을 키워야 한다.
실질적으로 이러한 정기신력을 키우는 수행법이 대한민국에 존재한다.
바로 '석문호흡'이다.
이러한 기수련을 장려하는 단체들은 한국에서는 사이비로 치중되는데
원인은 종교성을 띄기 때문이다.
'문주님', '상제님'을 하나님이라고 하는 순간, '아... 이 단체는 안 되겠구나.'라고 등을 돌리기 일쑤다.
기독교인으로서 내가 이 수련을 십수 년째 이어와하는 이유는
종교성을 떠나 도법에 정기신력을 일깨울 수 있는 힘이 있기 때문이다.
사실 이 세상에 하나님 창조물이 아닌 것이 없다.
하나님의 창조물은 하나님의 자식이기에, 생각하기에 따라 모든 것이 하나님이라고 할 수도 있다.
그래서 닐 도널드 저서 '신과의 대화'에서는 이 세상은 '나(하나님) 이외에는 존재하지 않는다.'라고 표현했다. 그리고 하나님과 가까울 수 있는 영적성장을 위해서는 어떤 일이든 해도 좋다고 한다.
나는 정기신력을 키우는 것이 하나님과 가까워질 수 있는 최고의 수단 중 하나라고 생각한다.
그리고 나 스스로 수행하는 것보다 단체에서 함께 어우러져 체계적으로 수행하는 것이 옳은 방법으로 여기기에 그렇게 수련을 하고 있다. 꼭 석문호흡을 통할 필요는 없다. 이렇게 수행 방법이 있다는 것 자체가 정기신력을 기를 수 있는 방법이 있다는 것이니, 개개인의 정기신력을 키울 수 있도록 삶을 이끌어나가는 것이 하나님과 가까워질 수 있는 영적 성장을 위한 필수 과정이라고 생각한다.
정기신력? 그게 뭔데?라고 스쳐 지나갈 글이기도 하지만
모든 일은 우연이 아니다.
이 글을 읽게 된 것 또한 특별한 만남이다.
단순히 노력만 하는 것이 아닌, 의식적으로 에너지의 흐름을 따라 시너지효과를 낸다는 것.
그 사실 하나로 놀라운 미래를 창조해 낼 수 있다.
이 세상은 하나님의 권능을 이어받은 우리가 창조해 가는 세상이다.
당신이 창조해 나갈 놀라운 현실을 축복하고 응원한다.
Every endeavor in the universe is achieved through effort.
This is a truth. There's nothing that can't be accomplished with enough effort. To make such efforts, energy is needed. Positive energy, the belief that something can be achieved, fosters infinite power. The source of that energy is consciousness. It's what must precisely pinpoint the direction I want to go.
Therefore, a harmonious balance of Jeong (精), Gi (氣), and Shin (神) is necessary.
We've entered an era where mere effort isn't enough. That's why people say we need to make 'super-duper effort' (No-oh-oh-oh-ryeok). But have we ever lived without making that kind of effort? We need to align our effort with the right 'energy' frequency to ride the flow. Our consciousness is what recognizes that synergy. Jeong (Effort) + Gi (Energy) + Shin (Consciousness) - not a single one can be left out.
People emphasize mental strength (jeong-shin-ryeok), but what we really need to cultivate is the Jeong-Gi-Shin Power (정기신력). In fact, a practice for cultivating this power exists in Korea: 'Seokmun Breathing' (석문호흡).
In Korea, groups that promote this kind of energy training are often labeled as cults, primarily because they adopt religious characteristics. The moment they refer to their 'leader' (mun-ju-nim) or 'deity' (sang-je-nim) as 'God,' people often turn away, thinking, 'Ah, this group is no good.'
The reason I, as a Christian, have continued this practice for over a decade is that, beyond its religious aspects, the 'way' (do-beop) has the power to awaken the Jeong-Gi-Shin. In truth, nothing in this world is not God's creation. As God's creations, we are God's children, and so, depending on how you think about it, everything can be said to be God. That's why in his book, 'Conversations with God,' Neale Donald Walsch writes, 'Nothing exists in this world but Me (God).' He also states that anything is fine if it leads to spiritual growth that brings you closer to God.
I believe that cultivating Jeong-Gi-Shin is one of the best ways to grow closer to God. I also believe that it's the right approach to systematically practice in a group setting rather than alone, which is why I continue to train in this way. It doesn't necessarily have to be Seokmun Breathing. The very existence of such a practice means there is a way to cultivate Jeong-Gi-Shin. I believe that leading one's life in a way that cultivates individual Jeong-Gi-Shin Power is an essential process for spiritual growth that can bring you closer to God.
This might be a text you'll simply glance at and think, 'Jeong-Gi-Shin Power? What's that?' But nothing happens by chance. It is a special encounter that you are reading this. Simply putting in effort is not enough. The key is to consciously follow the flow of energy and create a synergistic effect. That simple realization alone can create an amazing future.
This world is created by us, who have inherited God's authority.
