아이엘츠 시험을 결심하다.
Today I took the IELTS test for the first time. Actually, It wasn't as difficult as I had expected, which really surprised me. I just felt kind of vague about the test, like I couldn't grasp it clrealy. But the test confused me because they didn't explain how to check the results. It's no secret that I still didn't figure it out, lol. Anyway I ended up struggling to find the evaluation sheet, and I went to work out.
It had been almost a week since I last went running, so It felt a bit tough. so I stopped after running just 5 kilometers. But since I wore sweat suit, I started sweating within 20minutes. That was important because I only feel like I've worked out when I sweat. After running, I came back home and decided to go the bookstore to buy an IELTS book after lunch.
For lunch, I ate spinach, lettuce, and cod. Recently, I read a book about diet habit that recommended eating less than you want. It wasn't just a book that said "right things," but one that talked about real success and happiness. it's basic concept was that how we treat food reflects how we treat living creatures. So, the less you eat, the more you thrive. putting foods that won't digest into your stomach is like throwing it in the trash.
Actually, yesterday I was really tired, I think it's becasue I was focusing too much on my flaws and health worries, like appreance. I think I have very sensitive visual sense, but I know that's not really who I am- It's something I developed by focusing on negativity. And It clouded the good things that actually make me happy. I know the solution is simple: Once I choose to believe that I can become whatever I want to be, everything will fall into place.
