서울 종로구 새문안로에 위치한 콘코디언 빌딩은 지상 29층, 지하 8층 규모의 대형 오피스 빌딩으로
서울 중심업무지구(CBD)를 대표하는 트로피 에셋(Trophy Asset) 중 하나로 꼽힙니다.

The recognition highlights the building’s excellence as a sustainable real estate asset and underscores Mastern’s continued commitment to ESG-driven value creation.
A Landmark Asset in Seoul’s Central Business District
Located on Saemunan-ro in Jongno, the Concordian Building stands as one of Seoul’s representative trophy assets, comprising 29 floors above ground and 8 below, with a total floor area of approximately 66,000 ㎡. The property has also earned LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), reflecting its strong environmental performance and energy-efficient design.
Recognition of ESG Excellence
In the latest GRESB evaluation, the Concordian Building achieved an outstanding overall rating, placing it among the top-performing assets globally. It earned full marks in the Management category and demonstrated measurable progress in operational efficiency, including reduced energy use and lower greenhouse-gas emissions. The building also gained positive recognition for its public-value initiatives, such as collaboration with UNICEF Korea to establish a donation space within the property.
