잔향

텅 빈 방 안에 너를 채워두었다

잘 쓴 도입부는 좋은 글이 된다는데

잘못 쓰인 우리는 무엇이 될 수 있나

지독히도 고독한 오늘을 살아내고

자꾸만 베개맡에 우리를 게워내면

기억과 다른 추억이 너와 내가 된다

지나가 버린 시간이 너를 지우고

영혼을 깨우는 파문이 다시 그리면

다시금 삼킬 수밖에 없는 너의 향기

I filled an empty room with you.

They say a well-written introduction makes for a good writing,

What could "we", written in error, become "us"?

Surviving a dreadfully lonely today.

If we keep spilling us on the pillows,

Memories different from recollection become you and me.

The time that has passed erases you.

And when the ripples that wake the soul draw you again,

I have no choice but to swallow again your scent that I can't resist.
